Wheel thrown ceramic serving platter glazed on the inside with a glossy white glaze. The outsides is left unglazed, showing a contrasting matt, raw, flecked stoneware clay. The sides tilt inwards slightly so that the diameter at the top is smaller than at the base.
The outside and base has been wet sanded so that it is smooth to the touch. It is dishwasher and food safe.

The environment is important to me and I want the packaging of my items to be effective, attractive and sustainable. I use a variety of packaging materials depending on how the item is getting to its new home. This may in part be reusing less 'green' packaging that can be reused again, or using my own sustainable packaging.
