Trio of vases wheel thrown from a sandy buff stoneware clay. The shape of these vases reminds me of my kids' paint pots with wider bases and inward sloping rims. This helps to hold taller flower stems in place and the heavy, wider base mean that they are very stable. The vases are glazed in a matt stone glaze which shows the buff colour of the clay where the glaze is thinner. The rim and foot is unglazed. These pots are watertight and the bases are stamped with my maker's mark. These are handmade so each one is unique and may vary slightly from the picture shown.

The environment is important to me and I want the packaging of my items to be effective, attractive and sustainable. I use a variety of packaging materials depending on how the item is getting to its new home. This may in part be reusing less 'green' packaging that can be reused again, or using my own sustainable packaging.
Postage and packaging costs are included in the price shown.
